I am horrified at the poor quality of their shoes and absolutely livid at their dreadful customer service. I am still trying to find a way to get the shoes repaired, replaced or refunded. Apparently you have to physically go to Harrods or other boutiques, on a specific day they may have some free slots, waste your day, for them to resole the in Harrods they have only 20 slots available per month, service isn’t free either. And it takes minimum 6 months to get the shoes back! My local cobbler does the job in a day! For 1/3 the price and 10th the they won’t deliver the shoes, you have to physically go central in 2023, “luxury brand”.
